This is Tamara the Store Merchant A.K.A. Guitmon. That little cat thing on her hand is called a Kittyra. She loves to seel strange and otherworldly objects and potions to Zuko and Chibi, only sometimes she sells stuuf that are dangerous to Zuko.

I got the idea of outlining it in white from the caramelldansen art. It looks cool XP
